Penicuik High Street in the 1920s

A Presentation Clock, engraved "Kirkhill and Eskmill Show" Here are photos of the clock which was, according to the engraved brass plate, presented to Robt. Brown "for best vegetable basket" in 1889. The clock was made in New Haven Connecticut and obviously in "sharp gothic" style, popular of that period.
